Refund Policy

1. Introduction
IBUHU LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides informational content, travel guides, route suggestions, planning tools and related resources through the website ibuhu.com (the “Site”). The Site is primarily designed to offer free or premium informational services and does not function as a direct booking platform for flights, accommodations, tours, insurance or any other travel services. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds for any paid features or services offered on the Site.

2. Nature of Our Services
Most content available on the Site is provided free of charge. In cases where we offer premium access, downloadable materials, personalized planning consultations or any other paid digital products/services, these are considered non-tangible, non-returnable digital goods or services that are delivered instantly or within a very short time after purchase.

Because of the immediate digital delivery and the non-physical nature of the content, all sales of digital products and services are generally final and non-refundable except in the specific situations described below.

3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds only in the following limited circumstances:
Technical failure on our side that prevents you from accessing the purchased content for more than 48 hours after purchase, despite your reasonable attempts to resolve the issue with our support team.
Purchase made by mistake (e.g. accidental double charge or purchase of the same item twice) and the request is submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.
Any situation where we are legally required to provide a refund under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

All other purchases, including but not limited to premium access, personalized consultations, downloadable guides or any other paid features, are non-refundable once access has been granted or the service has begun.

4. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date (or sooner where noted above) using the contact details below. Your request must include:
your full name,
order/transaction ID (if available),
date of purchase,
email address used for the purchase,
clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.

We will review all requests on a case-by-case basis and respond within 7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind after accessing the purchased content, decide the materials are not useful for your needs, or find the information elsewhere. By making a purchase you acknowledge that you have read the product/service description and understand the digital, non-returnable nature of what is being offered.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes filed with your payment provider without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account access and will be contested by us. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of funds in cases of unjustified chargebacks.
